stem cells, beautiful, healing stem cells
Hi, I’m Martha Nix Imes
I have been on quite the journey for the past 10 years and am ready to share my story of strength, desperation, and perseverance. I am an introvert, so my motivation in sharing this experience is to inspire hope for the future of other people with Multiple Sclerosis like myself and build a community of transparency, support, and encouragement. I am not a medical professional and am not advising anyone to choose the same path. I am merely sharing my own personal experience with the curious. My brain is still foggy at times, so please be patient and kind. When I embarked on this healing journey in 2020, I never dreamt of this level of interest in my hemopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) treatment. My kids have encouraged me to share my experience because it has changed how we function as a family, and I trust them. So, here's to sharing my experience, the good and the bad, along with better days and a brighter future!
